Meet Sharon Gary

Sharon Gary is a licensed physical therapist with a Master's degree from Columbia University and a 200-hour certificate in Interdisciplinary Yoga from the Nosara and Omega Institutes. With a background in dance and yoga, Sharon brings a deep understanding of the human body and its potential for healing and growth. Her expertise arises not only from her extensive education and training but also from her years of experience working with clients from all walks of life.
