Our journey began in the charming Abruzzo region of Italy, where Carmela Bontempo, our founder, learned the art of sauce-making from her mother. She later met and married Nicola Marianacci, and together they emigrated to the United States in 1924. They built a family and shared their passion for Italian cuisine with their children.

Dominic Marianacci, Carmela and Nicola's son, carries on the family tradition with his expert culinary skills. He meticulously uses his Nonna's recipes and his vast experience to create unforgettable dining experiences.
