Our journey began in the charming Abruzzo region of Italy, where Carmela Bontempo, our founder, learned the art of sauce-making from her mother. She later met and married Nicola Marianacci, and together they emigrated to the United States in 1924. They built a family and shared their passion for Italian cuisine with their children.

Dominic Marianacci, Carmela and Nicola's son, carries on the family tradition with his expert culinary skills.
