At SWEATSTAR Yoga, we are passionate about helping our students achieve a stronger, more flexible, and more mindful body and mind. Our studio is designed to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals of all levels, from beginner to advanced. We believe that yoga is a journey for the entire body and mind, and we strive to prioritize breath, movement, and self-awareness in every class.
What We Offer
At SWEATSTAR Yoga, we offer a variety of classes and programs designed to challenge and nurture our students. Our classes are a fusion of the Hot 26 series and Vinyasa flow, and are suitable for all levels of practice. We offer three types of classes: drop-in classes, autopay packages, and monthly unlimited memberships. We also offer 10-class passes, 20-class passes, and 50-class passes for students who prefer to practice in a more flexible manner.

Additional FAQs
- We require students to be at least 18 years old to attend classes, although ages 15-17 are welcome with a signed parent waiver.
- Students are required to register and sign a waiver before taking a class.
- We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the class you wish to take to fill out a registration form and discuss any health issues or injuries with your instructor.
- We encourage students to wear breathable clothing and to bring their own yoga mat, long towel, and water to class.
