Our Philosophy
At Ballet Bodies, we believe that cross-training is the key to longevity as a dancer, and that no form of exercise is off-limits as long as it keeps you strong, lean, and injury-free. We draw inspiration from professional dancers' precision and grace, and incorporate elements of classical Pilates equipment, rebounders, and bodyweight exercises to create a unique and effective workout experience.

Safety Concerns
The safety of the area and the studio is a major concern for some reviewers. Sara S. reports that the studio is located in a rough area and has aggressive and violent men drinking and swearing in the middle of the day, making her and her friend feel unsafe. Stacey N. had a more personal experience, having her car keyed after exercising at the studio.
Inconsistencies and Unprofessional Behavior
Stacey N. had a poor experience with the studio, citing inconsistent and unprofessional behavior from the instructors. She bought a class package but was not able to finish it after being injured in her first class, and the studio refused to honor her package despite her documentation and requests for exceptions.
Instructors and Teaching Style
Michelle M. praises Romi Rivera's virtual classes, saying she is a great instructor who provides clear instruction. However, Michelle had a less-than-impressive experience with Stephanie Hall's class, citing a lack of guidance and attention to students' form.
Positive Reviews
On the other hand, Olga B. has a glowing review of the studio, praising its cleanliness, equipment, and instructors. Rachel Mullins and Stella Welter also gave the studio 5-star reviews, with Rachel expressing her sadness at the government's decision to close the studio, and Stella raving about Romi Rivera's talent, caring nature, and knowledgeable teaching style.
