Services Offered
We offer a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels. Our Adult Program includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, NoGi Submission Grappling, and the Universal Defense System. For youth, we have a multi-art program that includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and NoGi Submission Grappling. Our Little Samurais Program is designed for children ages 4-7, providing a strong foundation of fundamentals.
Instructors
Our instructors are highly trained and experienced in various Martial Arts disciplines. Our Head Instructor, Sensei Nardu Debrah, is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the legendary Renzo Gracie and has extensive training in other Martial Arts disciplines.
