Founded in 1977 by William Post Sr., our company is the next generation of the mechanical contracting firm of Peter Post and Son, Inc., which was established in 1945. We take immense pride in being one of the leaders in the industry, continuously adapting to changes brought about by new technology, government regulations, and environmental standards.

Our team of experts has extensive experience in providing services to the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and Food industries. We maintain a large, skilled workforce with specialized expertise in these demanding areas, from UA-certified welders to testing and balancing experts. Our technicians are also certified in medical gases and backflow prevention.

Our Team

At W.J. Post, Inc., we have a team of dedicated professionals who have been with us for many years. Robert Post, our President and Owner, has over 30 years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry. Al Bocchino, our Operations Manager, has over 20 years of employment with our company and has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects.

Mike Ramundo, our Chief Estimator, has over 22 years of experience in the industry and has a strong background in bidding, submissions, and project management. We are proud to have a team of experts who have a deep understanding of the mechanical contracting industry and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Our Experience

W.J. Post, Inc. has been in-house at the Novartis-East Hanover campus for over 45 years, providing evidence of the quality of work, expertise of our team, and hands-on service offered by our company. We have a long-standing relationship with Novartis and have completed numerous projects, including a chiller replacement project and underground high-pressure steam pipe project.
