Seafood Dining
Our restaurant specialized in fresh, sustainably sourced seafood prepared with meticulous care. We partnered exclusively with Osprey Seafood Company to ensure daily deliveries of pristine, never-frozen fish. Every dish highlighted the natural flavors of the ocean, complemented by house-made sauces and locally sourced produce. Our commitment to quality earned us Diablo Magazine's 'Best Seafood Restaurant' for 12 years.
Private Events
The Aft Deck provided a versatile space for private celebrations, from intimate gatherings to large parties. Our team offered customized banquet menus and dedicated service to ensure memorable occasions. We accommodated special requests while maintaining the same culinary excellence that defined our regular service. This space became a hub for community milestones and corporate functions.
Wine Pairing
Curated by co-owner and certified sommelier Ellen McCarty, our wine list featured selections from small and large wineries globally. We emphasized frequent updates to showcase new discoveries and paired wines with daily tasting notes. The program earned Wine Spectator Awards annually from 2005-2022, reflecting our dedication to quality and diversity in wine offerings.
Craft Cocktails
Our bar program focused on premium spirits, award-winning rums, and creative cocktails crafted by skilled bartenders. We offered six rotating draft beers and nearly twenty wines by the glass. Signature drinks, including Diablo Magazine award winners, combined traditional techniques with innovative twists. The bar area served as both a social hub and a full-service dining option.
Seafood Market
The market allowed customers to purchase Osprey Seafood Company products and house-made sauces for home preparation. We accommodated special requests and offered pickup services for pre-ordered items. This extension of our restaurant mission enabled patrons to recreate our culinary standards in their own kitchens. The market operated alongside regular dining services until our closure.
