Service Department Issues
Perry McKinnon had a negative experience with the service department, giving it 2 stars. He had issues with the handlebars on his 2019 Honda Goldwing, which were loose. Despite providing a service bulletin, the dealership was unable to fix the problem due to a lack of qualified technicians. The dealership eventually asked him to pick up his bike and take it elsewhere, which he did. He is no longer considering them for his service needs.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, several reviewers had very positive experiences with Roseville Honda Motorsports. Tina Trevarthen, James Caffey, Adam Thiesen, Kelsey M., Michael Burroughs, Branden Cox, Deana Brennan, and Angela Altgelt all gave the dealership 5 stars.
