Our Program

Our ballet program, which follows the academic year from September to May, provides a comprehensive and progressive curriculum that is tailored to students' individual needs. Summer camps and classes are also offered, allowing students to further enhance their skills and explore various dance styles. Our instructors take great care in placing each student in a class that is appropriate for their age, previous training, and experience.

Performances are an integral part of our program, providing students with the opportunity to showcase their talents and develop their performance skills. Students are encouraged to participate in our Nutcracker and Spring Recital, as well as other performances throughout the year. These experiences help instill a passion for performing and teach students the importance of commitment, teamwork, and discipline.

Our Faculty and Staff

At Alameda Ballet Academy, our dedicated and experienced faculty and staff are committed to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment. Our team includes skilled instructors with professional dance experience, as well as administrative staff who ensure the smooth operation of the academy. Our Artistic Director, Abra Rudisill, brings over 20 years of experience as a Principal Ballerina and Ballet Mistress with Oakland Ballet, providing invaluable guidance and expertise to our students.
