Our Story
Dancer's Pointe was founded on the principles of providing a professional and supportive environment that brings out the best in each of our students. Our studio is designed to provide a comfortable and spacious area for our students to learn and grow, with brand new marley dance floors and modern facilities. We believe in creating a positive atmosphere that promotes individuality, creativity, and self-expression in our students.
Our Services
At Dancer's Pointe, we offer a wide range of dance classes and workshops for children and adults of all ages and levels. Our experienced instructors have college degrees in Elementary Education, Drama, and Communications, as well as degrees in Dance. We also have professional performers and choreographers who teach workshops and classes. Our services include Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Pilates, and West Coast Swing. We also have a competition team, scholarship program, and family rates.
Our Team
Our team of instructors is comprised of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in teaching and performing. Our instructors have won numerous awards and have performed on television, in industrials, and in prime-time television. They have also worked with major artists and companies, such as Janet Jackson and Beyonce. Our instructors are dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and individuality in our students.
Our Facilities
Our studio has four dance rooms in Metairie and two dance rooms in Lakeview, with waiting areas that have large viewing windows. This allows parents to observe their children's classes and provides a comfortable area for students to relax and socialize.
