At the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet, we believe that today's creative children are tomorrow's artists. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive dance education that fosters the growth of our students, allowing them to realize their full potential as artists and individuals. With over 45 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a premier institution for ballet training, offering a range of programs for students of all ages and skill levels.

Our Programs

We offer a variety of programs designed to cater to the needs of our diverse student body. Our Preschool and Early Adolescent Program provides a nurturing environment for young children to explore the world of dance, while our Student and Pre-Professional Program offers a more intensive training experience for those looking to pursue a career in ballet. Our Adult Program is designed for those who want to experience the joy of dance, regardless of age or skill level. We also offer Outreach Programs, which bring the art of ballet to under-served communities, and our PAB Society Class Schedule provides a platform for our students to perform and showcase their talents.

Our History

The Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet was founded in 1974 by Margarita and John White, with the goal of providing a quality education in the art of classical ballet to serious students of all ages. Since then, we have grown to become a non-profit organization, dedicated to training students who demand the very best dance training available. Our faculty comprises experienced instructors who are passionate about teaching and mentoring, and our state-of-the-art facilities provide a supportive environment for our students to learn and grow.

Our Class Schedule is designed to provide a comprehensive dance education, with classes in ballet technique, pointe, modern, jazz, and more. We also offer Registrations and Handouts to help our students stay organized and focused.

Our Outreach

At the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet, we believe that the art of ballet should be accessible to everyone. That's why we offer Outreach Programs, which bring the art of ballet to under-served communities. We also partner with local organizations to provide dance training to students who may not have otherwise had the opportunity.
