Services

At Floridian Property Management, it is our goal to add value to your community by bringing expertise and experience to community governance, fiscal discipline, and physical management to your association. We work closely with association board members to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities and execute the day-to-day business of the association. Our professional managers provide administrative services, including filing all forms, reports, and licenses required by law, noticing and attending monthly board meetings, and assisting with the meeting agenda preparation and support documentation.

In addition, we provide financial management services, including preparing and managing annual budgets, collecting assessments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Our team also provides physical management services, including coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair services, conducting property inspections, and enforcing community rules and covenants.
