Our team is led by Dr. Jason Rogers, an exercise and movement specialist with a background in physiotherapy and a passion for helping patients create optimal health. As a 200 RYT yoga teacher and personal trainer certified by ONNIT Academy, Dr. Rogers brings a holistic approach to healthcare, addressing not just symptoms but the root causes of chronic pain and injuries.

  • Chiropractic Adjustments: Our chiropractic adjustments are tailored to the unique needs of each patient. We use a variety of techniques, including soft tissue work, physical therapy, adjusting, massage, stretching, taping, exercise training, and posture/workplace ergonomics advice to help patients achieve optimal spinal alignment and reduce pain and inflammation.
  • New Patient Intake Consultation: Our new patient intake consultation includes a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Rogers, where you can ask in-depth questions and receive a personalized plan tailored to your specific needs. The consultation includes x-rays, a posture screen assessment, and a comprehensive exam.
  • Private Yoga Sessions: Our private yoga sessions are designed to help take your yoga practice to the next level. In these one-on-one sessions, Dr. Rogers will help you identify and correct asymmetries, build strength, and eliminate pain and inflammation. By ensuring that you're moving correctly, we can help ensure that your body is healing correctly.
