Our History

Century Operating Corp. was founded in 1971 as a full-service residential property management company. Since 1988, we have devoted our resources almost exclusively to the management of cooperative and condominium properties. Through our "sister" company Century Management Services, Inc. (founded 1994), we manage approximately 12,000 units in the New York metropolitan area. Our leadership team, consisting of Mitchell Barry, Jacob Sirotkin, A.J. Rexhepi, and Michael Catanzaro, is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
