Executive Team

Our executive team is comprised of experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in the community association management field. Our team leaders have over 30 years of combined experience in the industry and hold various certifications, including CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist).

Donald Neuerman, President and Founder, Pines Property Management, Inc., established the company in 1994 with a focus on providing HOA management services. With nearly 30 years of property management experience, Mr. Neuerman provides exceptional leadership and guidance to our team.

Robert A. Moses, LCAM, CMCA, AMS, VP of Operations, has over 11 years of experience in the community association management field. He is a certified manager of community associations and has expertise in both condominiums and homeowners associations.

Ana Reyes, VP of Financial Reporting, brings over 20 years of banking and accounting experience to our company. She oversees the day-to-day duties of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting and budgeting.
