A Wide Range of Classes for All Levels

Our diverse offering of classes ensures that there's a place for everyone, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Our skilled instructors lead Power, Hatha 2, MFR + Align, and Yoga on the Beach classes, among others. These sessions cater to various levels of proficiency and are carefully designed to address the unique needs of our students. Our classes are heated or non-heated, providing you with options based on your personal preference.

Dimitra Yoga is proud to provide a variety of specialized services and workshops that facilitate deep healing and personal growth. These include Private Yoga, Wellness Gift Cards, Adventures, and Teacher Training programs. Our 200-Hour and 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs are Yoga Alliance certified, offering students the opportunity to become registered yoga teachers and deepen their practice through comprehensive instruction and mentorship.

Location and Hours

Our serene yoga studio is located at 17437 Ocean One Plaza, Ste 1, Lewes, DE 19958. We are next to Below Book Auto Sales off Savannah Rd, right across from Weis. We are proud to offer both in-person and online classes via Zoom. Our class schedule is designed to accommodate various schedules, making it easy for you to find a time that works best for you.
