Our clinic prides itself on the unique skills and approach of our lead therapist, Dr. Farouk Elkassed, who specializes in manual therapy and treats each patient as a whole, considering their physical, emotional, psychological, and social qualities. Dr. Elkassed has extensive experience in treating patients with acute and chronic conditions, ranging from 5 to 90 years old.

Our Expert Therapist: Dr. Farouk Elkassed

Dr. Farouk Elkassed is not only a renowned therapist but also an ultramarathon runner, having completed over 250 races of various distances. His personal experience as a long-distance runner, coupled with his dedication to helping injured runners, has made him a trusted healthcare provider in the running community. Dr. Elkassed's expertise and commitment to excellent treatment have significantly improved the lives of countless patients.

With over 35 years of experience as a clinician, Dr. Elkassed holds a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has served as a clinical instructor for both the Northern Virginia Community College PTA program and the Howard University Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy. Additionally, he contributes as a guest lecturer at the NVCC Physical Therapy Assistant Program, where he assists with teaching the soft tissue mobilization and myofascial release course.

Our clinic is located at 10340 Democracy Lane Suite 106 in Fairfax, VA. Patients can reach us by phone at (703) 865 - 5538 or fax at (703) 865 - 5630. We are open Monday and Wednesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Upon entering the building, please use the right-side entrance and look for Suite 106 on your right, just inside the glass doors. We strive to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all our patients.
