At Bikram Yoga San Diego, we are dedicated to providing a unique and authentic Bikram Yoga experience in a professional setting. Our school has been serving the San Diego community for over 25 years, making us the first, largest, and original Bikram Yoga school in the area. Established in 1998, we have been instrumental in introducing Bikram Yoga to the public and making it accessible to everyone.

The Evolution of Our School

Over the years, the yoga landscape has changed significantly. As yoga became more popular, people started moving their workouts from fitness centers to yoga studios. In response, fitness centers started offering yoga classes, and yoga studios began adopting the fitness center business model to compete. This led to a proliferation of different yoga styles and approaches, making it challenging to find a genuine and authentic yoga experience.

At Bikram Yoga San Diego, we have always been committed to maintaining the integrity of the original Bikram Yoga method. We have never compromised on our core values and have remained true to the original teachings of Bikram Choudhury. Our school has consistently offered Bikram's Beginning Hatha Yoga sessions daily, making it an ideal place for beginners to advanced practitioners.

About Our School

Our school is located at 1011 Camino Del Rio South, Suite 220, San Diego, CA 92110. We are not a public facility like a fitness center or social center. We are a private yoga school, and we expect our students to treat it with professionalism and respect.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we require all students to pre-register and pre-book their sessions. We do not allow walk-ins or drop-ins. This allows us to maintain a peaceful and focused environment for all students.
