Our Story

Our journey began in 2015, when Chef Stephen Ernst and his family decided to bring their culinary vision to life in the heart of the Hudson Valley. With a focus on supporting local purveyors and showcasing the region's bounty, Westtown Fare has become a beloved gathering spot for the community. Our Services

From farm-to-table cuisine to expertly crafted cocktails and an extensive wine list, Westtown Fare offers a wide range of services to suit every taste and occasion. Enjoy a leisurely lunch or brunch, savor a romantic dinner, or gather friends and family for a special occasion. Our restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Sundays from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, with brunch specials every Sunday until 3:00 pm.
