Our Story
Hailing from the beautiful Caribbean islands, our founder, Steve Hansil, brings with him the flavors and traditions of his homeland to our restaurant. Steve's love for cooking began in his early years, growing up in Trinidad, where he learned the art of blending spices and cooking techniques from his mother. After moving to the US, he refined his skills in top-notch restaurants in Florida and New Jersey, eventually opening Hansil's Bar & Grill in 2009.
