Established in 1952, Thinkwise Credit Union has a rich history of serving the financial needs of its members. We are a not-for-profit financial cooperative that is owned and controlled by our members, which consists of employees from the educational industry in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties in California. Our mission is to provide our members with exceptional financial services while promoting a collaborative and supportive community.

Our Story

Thinkwise Credit Union was born out of a shoebox, literally. In 1952, a small group of district employees from San Bernardino School Employees Federal Credit Union came together to create a financial institution that would cater to their needs. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, expanding our services to meet the changing needs of our members. Today, we operate two branches, providing a range of financial services to our members.
