Our Bakery

We have two convenient locations in Omaha, Nebraska: our flagship bakery in the historic Joslyn Castle neighborhood and our Millwork bake + cake shop in the vibrant Millwork Commons District. Our Story

Katina Talley, our founder and head baker, has always been passionate about food and baking. Growing up in a food-centric household in rural Nebraska, Katina learned the art of baking from her mother, father, and grandma Jean. After earning a degree in Food Science & Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she went on to work in the industry, eventually opening Sweet Magnolias in 2016. Today, Katina and her team of skilled bakers work tirelessly to bring joy and satisfaction to our customers through their delicious creations.
