Robert Orlofsky Realty is a distinguished property management firm that has been serving the Westchester County, New York area for over three decades. Our firm is a licensed real estate broker located in White Plains, New York, and we specialize in managing co-ops, condominiums, residential rental, and commercial properties. The firm is headed by Robert Orlofsky, a third-generation real estate professional who has earned a reputation for his hands-on management style and commitment to maintaining properties to the highest standards.
Our Services
At Robert Orlofsky Realty, we take pride in transforming the properties we manage. We conduct a thorough inspection of each property from roof to basement and identify areas that require improvement. We work with engineers and architects to design and implement capital improvements and major repairs that are needed to maintain the property's value.
One of our recent success stories is the renovation of a Condominium in Rye. The building and property had been poorly managed, and the board of directors and unit owners were thrilled with the results after Robert's team took over the management. We secured a construction loan from The Westchester Bank to cover immediate needs, including balcony replacement, reconstruction of stone walls, roof repairs, heating and hot water repairs, landscaping improvements, and a much-needed "extreme makeover" of the common areas.
We have extensive experience in converting rental properties to cooperatives. In the early 1980s, we converted more than 4,000 apartments throughout Westchester from rental properties to cooperatives. We were one of the first firms to implement a Non-eviction plan, which allowed original tenants who did not want to buy to stay and be fully protected under the rent control laws.
Besides managing co-ops and condominiums, we also manage and lease residential rental buildings and commercial properties. We have been recognized for our efforts, including receiving a proclamation from City of White Plains Mayor Joseph M. Delfino commemorating January 19, 2005, as Robert Orlofsky Day in the City of White Plains. We are committed to providing exceptional property management services and giving back to the communities we serve.

Our team consists of 25 dedicated professionals who supervise the operation of 14 properties. Our maintenance staff is remarkable and goes above and beyond to keep buildings clean, well-maintained, and safe for residents. Our management staff includes:

- Josephine Vieni - Co-op Coordinator and Mr. Orlofsky's Assistant.
- Lawrence Cetrone - Sales and Leasing Manager.
- Robert Orlofsky - Chief Executive Officer and responsible for the supervision and operation of all properties that the firm manages.
