Unity Yoga Room is located in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. Our story began with a passion to create a safe and inclusive space where people can come together to practice yoga, share experiences, and build a community. We also provide specialized workshops, such as crystal bowl soundbaths, that offer a unique and immersive experience. Additionally, we offer Reiki yoga therapy, a holistic healing practice that combines the benefits of yoga and Reiki.
