Our Approach

Our approach combines knowledge and practice to create sustainable weight loss and confidence that will last you a lifetime. We provide support, accountability, and individualized goal setting, addressing one or more aspects of wellness such as weight management, nutrition, physical fitness, stress management, relationships, and life balance. We want to help you say goodbye forever to counting calories or tracking points, and say hello to a program that works. Our program relies on the powerful partnership between you, your inner wisdom, and Pamela, your wellness coach.

Coaching Programs

Our coaching programs are designed to fit into your busy life and meet your individual needs. We offer three different programs to help clients be proactive about their health. Our 4-week Take Charge! "Jump Start" Program is suitable for those ready to embrace the four key foundation pieces in a results-driven weight loss program. Our 12-week Take Charge! "Weight Management Program" includes the basics for a sound nutrition plan that fuels and nourishes your body, resulting in weight loss. Our 4-week Take Charge! "Life Balance" Program addresses self-esteem, defining your authentic self, and your next life chapter. All of our programs include weekly coaching calls and email delivery of topics and worksheets to further your "food for thought."

Pamela J. Perkins is a certified weight and wellness coach with a passion for helping clients achieve their weight loss goals. With a personalized approach, Pamela provides coaching, guidance, and advice in a relaxed, stress-free manner. She has helped countless clients lose weight, improve their overall health, and gain confidence in their ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
