Capital Communications was founded in 1986 by David G. O'Reilly in response to a vital need for stringent installation procedures and workmanship standards that were lacking in other service providers. With extensive experience in various inter-exchange carriers, Mr. O'Reilly recognized the critical need for policies, procedures, and standards that would positively impact the quality and reliability of equipment installation and service. Today, our engineers, installers, technical support, and management personnel are the most experienced, committed, and knowledgeable professionals in the business.
