Kairos Billing Solutions is a company that specializes in mental health billing for private practices, individual providers, and group practices. Our goal is to take the stress and hassle of billing and insurance paperwork off your hands, allowing you to focus on what truly matters - providing top-notch mental health services to your patients.

Founded by Jamie Rowley, a former office manager for a local Utah Ph. D. in marriage and family therapy, Kairos Billing Solutions has grown from a small business serving therapists in Utah to a nationwide company with over one hundred clients and a team of nine employees. Jamie's understanding of mental health billing and her commitment to excellent customer service have been the driving forces behind the success of the company.

Providers

We cater to mental health private practices, individual providers, and groups practices. We serve therapists (LCSW, LPC, CMHC, LMSW, LMFT, etc.), psychiatrists (Ph. D. and MD), and psychiatric nurse practitioners (APRN and PMHNP). We require a minimum of 20 insurance claims per week for individual providers, unless you are a startup.
