Heating Maintenance
Our heating maintenance program includes thorough inspections of burners, heat exchangers, and ignition systems, along with coil cleaning and thermostat calibration. We perform safety checks for carbon monoxide leaks and verify proper gas pressure levels. Regular maintenance extends equipment lifespan, prevents unexpected breakdowns, and maintains manufacturer warranties. Our NATE-certified technicians document all service findings and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements during each visit.
Duct Cleaning
Professional duct cleaning services remove accumulated dust, debris, and contaminants from HVAC systems using HEPA-filtered vacuum equipment and rotary brushes. We address mold growth, improve airflow distribution, and sanitize ductwork to enhance indoor air quality. The process includes air handler cleaning, leak detection, and post-cleaning verification using video inspection tools. Regular duct cleaning reduces allergy symptoms and improves HVAC system efficiency by up to 30%.

Goode Air provides complete heat pump maintenance covering refrigerant level checks, coil cleaning, electrical system testing, and defrost cycle verification. Our technicians inspect reversing valves, check thermostat accuracy, and clean condensate drains to ensure year-round reliability. We optimize system performance through precise refrigerant charging and airflow calibration, helping customers maximize energy savings from these dual-function heating and cooling systems.
Indoor Air Quality
We offer comprehensive indoor air quality solutions including whole-house air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtration systems.
