"After researching effective air purification options, we decided to have a REME HALO installed in our AC/HVAC system. I contacted several AC/HVAC service providers, and ME Brown stood out as one of the most reasonably priced. What truly set them apart, however, was their knowledge of the product. When I spoke with David, I learned that there were different REME HALO models availablesomething other providers hadnt even mentioned. His expertise gave me the confidence that I was making an informed decision. The installation, carried out by Joni, was quick and highly professional. Its clear that ME Brown stands behind both their products and their workmanship. Almost immediately after the REME HALO was installed, I noticed a difference in the air quality and smell in our home. Its been especially effective at eliminating strong odorseverything from fried onions to burnt food. Being new to Houston, TX, we had assumed that the mildew smell in bath towels after just one use was normal. However, since the purifier was installed, that smell has disappeared completelyeven after multiple uses. This truly proves that the entire home is benefiting from cleaner, treated air every time the system runs. I would highly recommend ME Brown for all your AC/HVAC and Air Purification needs. Their professionalism, product knowledge, and service quality are outstanding." Preston K.
"I have been a customer for over 15 years and I want to say how nice this company is. The service is outstanding and the crew are professional. The installed a new system in our home over 15 yrs ago and did all the maintenance since. They have always been on time and professional. Recently there were problems with our duct work as it was original ridgid ducting. Wes and David handled the problem and replaced all ducting, air handler as well as a new coil. I couln't ask for better or quicker service. There work was neat and orderly and they finished the job ahead of schedule. My wife and I are completely satisfied with their work and maintenance."
