- Hello. New Me Package: A 3-month program for seniors who are motivated to start a new lifestyle, including one 90-minute consultation, one 45-minute follow-up session, and a personalized journal.
- 6-Week Self Care Assessment Plan: A 6-week program for seniors who need help creating a balanced food plan to protect themselves from chronic diseases caused by poor nutrition and lifestyle.
- 12-Week Therapeutic Behavior Change: A 12-week program for seniors who want to alter their lifestyle to protect and manage chronic diseases, including guidance, support, and accountability.
- Food Elimination Program: A 30-day program for seniors who want to reduce inflammation and kickstart their health journey.
