At Spacious Heart Yoga, we believe that yoga is for every body. We invite you into a space of welcome and support so you can begin to tune into the wisdom, strength, and joy of your own body. We understand that many people find yoga studios intimidating, which is why we offer a variety of classes for all different levels. If you have any concerns or would like to get more comfortable before trying a class, please don't hesitate to send us an email or drop in for a cup of tea. We welcome anyone who wants to explore body, mind, and spirit through yoga, regardless of size, age, gender, ethnicity, or orientation.
Our Services
Spacious Heart Yoga offers a wide range of classes and services to meet the needs of our diverse community. Our class schedule includes options for all levels, from beginner to advanced, as well as specialized classes such as restorative yoga, yin yoga, and meditation. We also offer workshops, class series, and special events to deepen your practice and connect with other yogis.
In addition to our group classes, we offer private and semi-private sessions for those who prefer a more personalized experience. These sessions can be tailored to your specific needs and goals, and can include a variety of styles such as hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga.

COVID-19 Update
We are committed to the health and safety of our community, and are taking precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Starting in June, we will begin offering outdoor classes, while also continuing our full schedule of virtual yoga, meditation, and movement arts classes. Select in-person classes will be added back to the studio, with limited capacity and social distancing guidelines in place. We ask that all students pre-register online to ensure their space in the class, and to bring their own yoga mats and props. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who is not feeling well, we ask that you participate via our online classes.

We offer donation-based classes and sliding scale pricing options to ensure that yoga is available to everyone, regardless of financial situation. About Spacious Heart Yoga
Spacious Heart Yoga was founded in 2004 with the intention of creating a safe and welcoming space for people to discover and explore the powerful practice of yoga in the presence of community. We believe that the practice of yoga has the potential to build peaceful and inclusive communities by inviting each person into their own power and wisdom - of their body, mind, and heart. Through each individual stepping into their own truth, joy, and aliveness, criticism and competition lose their hold. Everyone is celebrated for who they are, just as they are, and the community grows stronger. We invite you to join us in our beautiful downtown studio in your own time, in your own way.
