Acacia Creek Home Staging was established in 2009, at a time when home staging was still a relatively new concept in the real estate market. Since then, we have grown to become the leading staging professionals on the Central Coast, thanks to our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Owner Jessica Bass and her experienced team have staged hundreds of homes, giving them a deep understanding of what it takes to showcase a property's best features and sell it faster and for a higher price.

Our Staging Process

We understand that each home is unique, and our staging process is tailored to bring out the best in every property. It begins with a request for a free staging estimate, during which we gather information about the home, including its location, square footage, and any additional specifications our clients think are important.

After reviewing and approving the quote, we conduct an on-site walkthrough of the home to prepare a final bid and make a comprehensive list of staging needs. Our staging install is then scheduled and completed within 1-2 days, giving our clients ample time to take professional photos of the property. We require at least one week's notice before the close of escrow to schedule deinstallation.
