Our Story

Founded by Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer, a Reiki Master, Quantum Healer, NJ Licensed Massage Therapist, Interfaith Minister, and Doctor of Ministry, One Yoga and Wellness Center has been assisting others in healing their lives through yoga and other holistic modalities since 2000. With a deep understanding of the ancient practice of yoga, which dates back at least 6000 years, Dr. Tracey specializes in helping individuals align themselves with their Truest Self, enabling them to live a life of purpose and contentment.
