Who we are

Our team of experienced and compassionate counselors consists of licensed professionals, doctoral students, and post-masters interns. We hold diverse backgrounds and expertise, allowing us to tailor our approach to meet your unique needs. With two convenient locations in Plano and Southlake, our office provides a welcoming and confidential space for individuals, families, and groups.

What we offer

Child Counseling & Play Therapy: We empower young minds to explore their inner world through play and creative expression. This safe and engaging approach helps children process trauma, overcome anxieties, and develop essential social-emotional skills.

Pre-Adolescent & Adolescent Activity Therapy: This interactive program harnesses the power of games, activities, and tools to encourage open communication, self-discovery, and healthy coping mechanisms.

Adult Counseling: We provide a supportive environment for adults to delve into personal growth, manage mental health challenges, and cultivate fulfilling relationships.

Family Counseling & Therapeutic Parenting: We offer guidance and support to families to strengthen bonds, resolve conflicts, and enhance communication. Our experienced therapists can also provide therapeutic parenting support with the goal of fostering positive child development.

Group Counseling: Our safe and inclusive groups provide supportive environments for individuals to connect, share their struggles, and learn from one another. We offer groups focused on grief, anger management, and interpersonal development.
