Our Specialties
We specialize in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, LGBT+ and identity development, life transitions, addiction and substance use, and creating a healthy lifestyle. Our team of licensed professionals includes counselors, psychologists, and a certified eating disorder specialist. We strive to provide evidence-based mental health services that are accessible and tailored to your needs.
Meet Our Team
Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping others. Dr. Kari Leavell, our owner, received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University and is a devoted Texas Aggie. Dr. Chris Slack, a Licensed Psychologist, joined us from Texas Woman's University, where he earned his Master's and Ph. D. in Counseling Psychology. Meghan Cromie, a Licensed Professional Counselor, has a background in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from UCF in Florida. Our Office Manager, Meredith Whitley, has been part of the development of Grapevine Psychology since 2017.
Our Services
We offer a range of services, including individual therapy, which provides an objective view of your life. Our treatment for anxiety and phobias includes cognitive-behavioral therapy and exposure therapy. We also provide grief therapy, depression treatment, and PTSD treatment. Additionally, we offer LGBT affirming approach and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
