Recreational Gymnastics
Our recreational gymnastics programs cater to children aged 1-14 with co-ed classes focusing on motor skill development and fundamental gymnastics techniques. Each session includes warm-ups, group activities, and progressive instruction across all gymnastics events. Students build core strength, spatial awareness, and confidence while learning rolls, handstands, and cartwheels in a safe, engaging environment.
Tumbling Training
Specialized tumbling classes develop floor and trampoline skills for ages 6-14 with progressive training from basic to advanced techniques. Students master front/back walkovers, handsprings, and aerial skills through structured drills emphasizing strength conditioning and proper form. Classes require prior gymnastics experience and instructor approval for advanced levels.
Ninja Training
Ninja Warrior-style training builds strength, agility, and balance for ages 6 and up using obstacle courses and specialized equipment. This program develops physical capabilities through challenging drills that improve coordination and endurance. Prerequisites include completion of Bee Strong classes and instructor approval for enrollment.
Strength & Conditioning
Age-specific strength and conditioning classes enhance athletic performance for children aged 5-13 through calisthenics, obstacle courses, and flexibility training. These sessions focus on core strength development, reaction time improvement, and overall fitness using gymnastics equipment in non-formal training environments. Programs prepare students for advanced gymnastics and ninja training.
Competitive Team Programs
We offer competitive team opportunities including USAIGC travel teams and intramural programs for ages 5-18. Athletes receive structured training from experienced coaches with pathways from developmental Mini Teams to national competition levels. Programs emphasize skill mastery, teamwork, and progressive achievement through regular practice and competitive meet participation.
