Our Story

Badger Mountain Vineyard has been passionately producing exceptional organic wines since 1990. As the first certified organic winery in Washington State, we take great pride in our commitment to sustainable practices and the art of organic winemaking. Our winery, located on the captivating slopes of Badger Mountain in Kennewick, Washington, has a rich history that spans over three decades.

Our Organic Approach

At Badger Mountain, we're dedicated to producing high-quality organic wines using only organically approved and naturally occurring substances for all vineyard applications. We believe that our responsibility to the environment and our commitment to sustainable practices are the keys to producing exceptional wines. Unlike other wineries, we don't use chemical insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, or synthetic fertilizers in our vineyard. Instead, we rely on our experience and advantageous use of our location, climate, volcanic soil, and organic techniques to cultivate healthy grapevines.

Our Sustainable Practices

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond the vineyard. We're committed to reducing our environmental impact through a range of sustainable practices that include using solar panels, lightweight glass, and labels made from recycled paper. We also use natural pest control methods, such as introducing predatory insects to control pests, and composting grape skins and seeds.

Our Wine Club

We offer two membership options: the Red Collection, which features a selection of red wines, and the Blended Collection, which features a range of red and white wines.

We offer a range of options, including the Club House Rental, the Tasting Room Rental, and the Tasting Room & Club House Rental.
