Our Story
Our journey began in 1986 when Oakwood Cellars was founded by the Skelton family. Over the years, the Skeltons traveled to various European countries to refine their winemaking techniques, with the aim of producing superior wines. In 2014, the Skelton family passed the torch to the Warren family, who renamed the winery Tucannon Cellars. Under their stewardship, significant improvements were made to the grounds, the tasting room, and the winery. In 2017, they completed the Sugar Pine Barn project, an event and wedding venue on the property.

This allows us to produce unique and hard-to-find varieties each year, such as our Estate Carmenere and Mourvedre.
