At ARIJO Catering, we are a family-owned and operated catering service, dedicated to providing unparalleled culinary experiences for our clients. Our story began with a shared passion for Haitian and Caribbean cuisine, combined with a desire to share its bold flavors with the world. Our journey started in Atlanta, Georgia, where we proudly serve the community with our unique blend of traditional Haitian and Caribbean cuisine, infused with the flavors of France and the United States.

Meet Our Chefs

Our culinary team is led by two experienced chefs, Chef Harryele Eugene and Chef Marie Jocelyne Verna-Charles. Chef Harryele, a native of New York City with a Caribbean background, honed her culinary skills at Michelin Star restaurants such as Aureole and Greydon House. She has cooked for celebrities like Kourtney Kardashian and Morgan Freeman and has had the distinction of cooking at the prestigious James Beard House.

Chef Marie Jocelyne Verna-Charles, on the other hand, is a Haitian native who has spent over 25 years perfecting her craft in international cuisine, including her native Haitian dishes. She has worked extensively in Africa and the United States and brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our culinary team.
