Our studio, nestled in a vintage Airstream camper on the property of Connect Wellness, offers a unique and intimate setting for clients to unwind and find their optimal health.

Our Story

Our journey began with a passion for yoga and a desire to share its benefits with others. As a yoga instructor and massage therapist, I have had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, each with their own unique struggles and goals. Through my own personal journey of overcoming trauma and anxiety, I have come to understand the importance of creating a space where individuals can feel safe, seen, and heard. My studio is a reflection of this vision, where clients can come to let go of stress, increase their mobility, and find their optimal health.
