Positive Space PLLC is a therapy practice dedicated to fostering healing and growth within relationships and individuals. We recognize that connections are fundamental to human well-being, and that strong, safe relationships provide a foundation for personal resilience and emotional health. Our team utilizes a compassionate and collaborative approach, drawing upon evidence-based modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), experiential techniques, and relational perspectives to empower individuals, couples, and families on their unique journeys.

  • Couples Therapy:

We believe that love is both powerful and vulnerable. Our couples therapy services are designed to support couples in navigating challenges, building deeper connection, and fostering a more secure and loving relationship. We work with couples experiencing a wide range of issues, including communication difficulties, conflict resolution patterns, intimacy challenges, infidelity, and premarital concerns.

Through EFT and other relational approaches, we help couples identify and break negative cycles, develop healthier communication patterns, and cultivate increased empathy and understanding for one another.

  • Family Therapy:

Families are complex and ever-evolving systems. We offer family therapy services to support families of all structures in navigating challenges, strengthening relationships, and enhancing overall well-being. We address a variety of concerns within families, such as conflict resolution, sibling rivalry, parenting difficulties, blended family dynamics, and grief and loss.

Using a systemic perspective, we work with the entire family unit to identify patterns of interaction, build healthier communication skills, and develop strategies for fostering connection and support.

  • Individual Therapy:
