Our program is led by Sensei Stacey, an NYS Occupational Therapist, and is designed to empower children with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.
• Adult Martial Arts and Fitness Kickboxing: Our adult martial arts and fitness kickboxing classes are designed for individuals who want to improve their physical fitness, build confidence, and learn practical self-defense techniques. Our classes are led by experienced instructors who are passionate about sharing the benefits of martial arts with adults.
• One-on-One Training: We offer private training sessions for individuals who want personal attention and customized instruction. Our experienced instructors can help you achieve your goals, whether that's improved physical fitness, enhanced self-confidence, or skill development.
• Competition Team: Our competition team is designed for serious martial artists who want to take their training to the next level. Our team is comprised of experienced instructors and competitive martial artists who compete at local and international events.
