Our Services
We offer a wide range of counseling services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as group therapy and training programs. Our experienced therapists work with clients of all ages, from children to adults, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. We also provide specialized programs, such as our ECO Camp and SCIP programs, designed to support children and adolescents with social-emotional challenges.
Our History
Discovery Counseling Center was founded in 1971 by a group of community members concerned about drug and alcohol use among troubled youth in the San Ramon Valley area. With a small grant, the center began providing substance-abuse education programs, and over the years, we have evolved to become a comprehensive mental health clinic and training agency.
