At Koala Kare Childcare Center & Preschool Program, we are dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and comfortable learning environment for children from infancy to pre-Kindergarten age. Our experienced and trained staff are committed to providing excellent care and education to help our young students grow and thrive. We believe in caring for the whole family, offering convenient hours and care from 6 weeks to 12 years old.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is centered around providing a holistic approach to childcare, focusing on the emotional, social, cognitive, language, and physical development of each child. We believe in creating a partnership with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities, meals, and milestones through regular reports and open communication. Our creative curriculum-based program uses play as a learning medium, incorporating large and small group play, indoor and outdoor activities, and nutritious snacks and meals to promote overall development.

Our Programs

We offer a range of programs designed to cater to the unique needs of children at different stages of development. Our programs include:

• Infants: For ages 6 weeks to 18 months, our nursery provides a consistent and nurturing environment, focusing on language development, fine motor skills, and large motor skills.
• Toddlers: For ages 18 months to 35 months, our toddler rooms are designed to encourage exploration and discovery, with a focus on social and emotional development.
• Pre-School: For ages 3 and 4, our pre-school program uses play-based learning and teacher-led activities to promote cognitive development and prepare children for kindergarten.
• Pre-Kindergarten: For ages 4, our pre-Kindergarten program is designed to prepare children for entry into kindergarten, focusing on academic readiness and social skills development.
• School Age: For kindergarten through 12 years old, our school age program offers before and after school care, including school closings and summer care, providing a safe and engaging environment for older children.
