Welcome to Strike Zone Baseball & Softball, Worcester's premier indoor baseball and softball training facility. As we enter our 22nd year, we are proud to offer a unique and comprehensive range of services designed to help players of all ages and skill levels improve their game.

Our Facilities

Our state-of-the-art facility boasts over 10,000 square feet of space, featuring 8 retractable cage tunnels, pitching mounds, Hack Attack and Spinball machines, radar guns, and HitTrax. This allows us to provide a safe and effective environment for players to train, practice, and improve their skills. Whether you're an individual looking to work on your game or a team seeking to take your skills to the next level, our facilities are designed to meet your needs.

Our Staff

Our courteous and knowledgeable staff are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support. Many of our instructors are current college coaches, and all continue their own education by taking various clinics with pros from around the country and learning from each other. This ensures that our instructors are always up-to-date with the latest techniques and methods, allowing them to provide the best possible guidance and support to our players.
