Shen's Gymnastics Academy

Shen's Gymnastics Academy, located in Holliston, MA, has been a pillar in the gymnastics community since 2008. Our founder, Zufang Shen, is a former national team member of China with over twenty years of coaching and selecting experience for nationally ranking gymnasts. Zufang is also an International Judge and a USAG Gymnastics National Level Judge. At Shen's Gymnastics Academy, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable learning environment for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels.

Our Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility spans 11,900 square feet and is designed with the needs of our gymnasts in mind. We have regulation-sized spring tumbling floors, numerous sets of men's and women's equipment, including bars, beams, vaulting equipment, pommel horses, rings, and trampolines. Our gym also features a 40-foot in-ground tumble track, a 40-foot tumble strip, a large foam-block training pit, and a separate preschool area with child-sized apparatus.

Gymnastics Classes

At Shen's Gymnastics Academy, we offer a wide range of gymnastics classes for both girls and boys, from Mom and Me and Preschool to Adult gymnastics. Our classes provide a fun, safe, and healthy gymnastics experience while encouraging physical fitness. Gymnastics is an excellent way to help develop your child's coordination, balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility, as well as social and mental growth.

Competitive Girls and Boys Teams

Shen's Gymnastics Academy is proud to have dedicated and successful Girls, Boys, and XCel Gymnastics Teams. Our highly experienced coaching staff is committed to guiding our gymnasts through training and development, helping them become strong and disciplined athletes both mentally and physically. All of our coaches are safety certified and dedicated to providing a positive and rewarding experience for our gymnasts.

Birthday Parties

Celebrate your child's next birthday at Shen's Gymnastics Academy! Our birthday parties include one hour of gymnastics activities, incorporating obstacle courses, zip-line, trampoline, parachute, bouncy house with slide, and the foam-filled pit. Our parties provide a unique and exciting experience that your child will never forget.

Camps

Join us for active fun and creative play at Shen's Gymnastics during summer and school vacations. Our camps include trampoline, zip-line, tumbling into our giant foam pit, jumping & sliding in our bouncy house, recreational games, arts & crafts, and instructor-led gymnastics. Our staff focuses on providing the fundamentals of gymnastics in a no-pressure, fun, environment.
