At Evolution Baseball, we are dedicated to creating a unique training environment that combines top-notch facilities with expert coaching staff. Our mission is to help players reach their full potential through character and skill development. We strive to prepare players for high school, college, and beyond.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple: we focus on helping players reach their potential through character and skill development. We believe that determination, accountability, community, integrity, and desire are the core values that make a great player. We aim to instill these values in every athlete who walks through our doors.

Facilities and Staff

Located in Central MA, we have three state-of-the-art training facilities dedicated to our players. Two indoor facilities in West Boylston and Shrewsbury, and one outdoor field in West Boylston, provide our athletes with the best training tools and exceptional coaching staffs. Our facilities are designed to offer developing players the opportunity to pursue their dreams of becoming exceptional baseball players.

Program Overview

We offer a development system from ages 9 through 18 years old. Our programs include 9 teams with over 150 players and have secured numerous college commitments since 2017. Our athletes experience baseball training unique to the offerings in the current market today.

Programs and Services

We offer a variety of programs and services designed to help our athletes succeed. These include:

• EVO College Tours: We provide opportunities for our athletes to visit colleges and universities to explore their options and meet with coaches and players.
• EVO Baseball Tryouts: We hold regular tryouts for our teams, giving athletes the chance to showcase their skills and join our program.
• EVO Softball: We offer softball programs for athletes looking to improve their skills and compete at the highest level.
• Lessons & Workshops: Our expert coaching staff provides private lessons and group workshops to help athletes improve their skills and gain a competitive edge.

EVO Pro Shops

We have two Pro Shops, one for baseball and one for softball, where athletes can purchase the latest gear and equipment. Our knowledgeable staff can help you find the perfect bat, glove, or cleats to enhance your performance on the field.
