Rock Island Credit Union

At Rock Island Credit Union, we have been dedicated to serving our members with the best financial services for over 80 years. Our history began in 1934 when employees of the CRI&P Railroad in El Reno, Oklahoma, founded the credit union. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to include a variety of accounts, loans, and additional services designed to meet the financial needs of our members.

We are committed to being your primary financial institution now and for many years to come. Our vision statement is to be the primary financial institution for our members and the community. Membership

El Reno RIL Credit Union is a community chartered credit union, which means that anyone who lives, works, or worships in Canadian County, Oklahoma, can qualify for membership. We offer superior financial services to our members, including competitive rates, convenient banking options, and a variety of loan options. Membership with us entitles you to many free and lower-cost benefits, and because you are a shareholder, we are able to return our earnings to you in the form of higher interest rates on savings and lower rates on loans.

Accounts

We offer a variety of accounts to meet your financial needs, including regular share (savings) accounts, money market accounts, and certificate/IRAs. Our regular share (savings) account is the basic savings account you open to begin your membership in the credit union. The minimum balance required is $5.00, and this $5.00 must remain in your account at all times in order to continue your membership. In order to earn interest, you must have a minimum savings balance of $100.00. Our money market accounts offer higher interest rates for higher balances, and our certificate/IRAs provide a secure investment option with a fixed interest rate for a specific term.

Loans

We offer a variety of loan options to meet your financial needs, including auto loans, home loans, and personal loans. Our auto loans offer competitive rates and flexible terms, making it easy to drive away in your new vehicle. Our home loans provide financing options for purchasing or refinancing a home, and our personal loans offer a convenient way to finance other expenses or consolidate debt.

Services

In addition to our accounts and loans, we offer a variety of services designed to make your banking experience easy and convenient. These services include VISA ATM/debit cards, online banking, check reorder, and fee schedules. We are committed to continually adding innovative services each year to meet the evolving needs of our members.
