Established in 2010, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality gymnastics instruction for all ages and levels, from toddlers to adults and beginners to advanced athletes. Services Offered

We offer a wide range of classes and programs designed to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students. Our offerings include:

• Toddler & Parent and Preschool Gymnastics: These classes provide a fun and engaging introduction to gymnastics for children aged 18 months to 5 years, allowing them to develop fundamental movement skills and body awareness while building a strong bond with their parents or caregivers.

• Girls Recreational and Boys Recreational: Designed for children aged 6 and up, these classes focus on building a solid foundation in gymnastics skills and technique, with separate classes available for boys and girls to ensure age- and gender-appropriate instruction.

• Adult Gymnastics: Ideal for individuals aged 18 and above who wish to maintain their physical fitness, learn new skills, or reconnect with their gymnastics roots, our adult classes cater to all skill levels in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

• Trampoline and Tumbling: A popular discipline within gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling classes teach students how to safely execute flips, twists, and other aerial maneuvers, fostering creativity, agility, and control.

• Ninja Warrior: This program combines elements of gymnastics, parkour, and obstacle course training, helping students develop strength, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a fun and challenging environment.

• Competitive Team Programs: For athletes looking to compete at the local, state, or national level, we offer both Girls and Xcel Team Programs, providing comprehensive training and coaching support to help students reach their full potential.

• Camps, Parties & Events: In addition to our regular classes and programs, we also offer summer camps, no-school day camps, birthday parties, and other special events, ensuring that there's something for everyone at MEGA.

Health & Safety Measures

At MEGA, the health and safety of our students, families, coaches, and staff are of the utmost importance. We closely follow CDC, Massachusetts, and Town of Millis guidelines and recommendations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all. Currently, masks are optional but encouraged when individuals are feeling unwell, and we maintain small class sizes for optimal social distancing. All students and spectators must comply with our policies for the safety of everyone involved.

Please note that students must be enrolled and approved prior to participating in any classes or activities, including trials and makeups. Enrollments may take up to 48 hours for approval, and we kindly request that you email us with any questions or concerns, as we may not be able to respond to voicemails promptly.
