At Southern Charm Yoga, we are dedicated to spreading the joy of yoga to individuals of all ages and levels. Our journey began in 2014 when our founder, Ashley, discovered the transformative power of yoga for herself. As a special needs teacher, Ashley recognized the importance of movement for all bodies, young and old. She went on to complete her yoga training at PIES Fitness Studio in Alexandria, VA, and prenatal yoga training at Enlightened Yoga in Charlotte, NC.

Services
At Southern Charm Yoga, we offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our community. Our classes include:
- Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic and challenging class that focuses on sun salutations, bending, and twisting.
- Prenatal Yoga: A specialized class designed for expecting mothers and new parents, focusing on safe and gentle movements.
- Mom and Me: A fun and interactive class that brings together mothers and their children to experience the joy of yoga together.
- Family Yoga: A weekly class designed for families with children aged 18 months to 5 years, promoting bonding and promoting a love for yoga.

Our Studio
Located in the heart of Charlotte, our studio is nestled within the cozy confines of The Fountains Shopping Center. Our 1200 sq. ft. loft space upstairs above "Divine Consign" offers a peaceful and calming atmosphere, perfect for your yoga practice. Whether you're a local or visiting from afar, we welcome you to our sacred space and look forward to sharing the benefits of yoga with you.
